Reminders:

*Mobile bar insurance coverage requires that all alcohol must be served from our staff. If someone would like to bring a special bottle, we will need to be notified in advance, and the bottle will need to be kept behind the bar for us to pour for them.

*Mobile bar insurance coverage prohibits us from serving shots, doubles, or any drinking games.

*If you are planning to offer your guests non-alcoholic beverages that you did not purchase a package through us, we can not serve these from the bar. We would not pack the items needed, and may not have enough staff to handle this. If you want to add this on, let us know in advance!

If we are not, please have the alcohol stacked behind the bar, or if we are providing the bar, where the bar will be setup. If there is a fridge at the venue, please put 1/4 of the beer and white wine/champagne in it to chill before we arrive.

BEER - List the type and amount of each beer we will be serving.

Kegs must be discussed in advance and require a keg setup fee of $125 per bar + $.50/guest. This includes keg containers, taps, extra ice to keep the kegs at the correct temperature throughout your event, a hand truck, Co2, and 12 oz cups for your guest.

WINE - List the type, size of bottles, and amount of each wine we will be serving. Are the wine bottles 750ml?

LIQUOR - List the type, size of the bottles, and the amount of each liquor we will be serving.
