Wedding Questions

We're so excited to be a part of your big day!

Although we may know most of these, please fill out this form to make sure we have your last minute details!

Rehearsal - Plan for 45minutes to 1 hour. We will start by chatting for about 5 minutes by ourselves to cover any last minute questions, then we will all meet at the alter.

Anyone attending who is not in the wedding party or processional, should plan to wait away from the alter, entrance, or aisle areas.

You are welcome to bring anything you may want to hand off at that time. Such as; marriage certificate, written vows, vendor payments/gratuities (please have these in sealed envelopes with the vendors name on them), cake cutting set, card box, guest book, etc.

Wedding Day - Your coordinator(s) usually arrive when the bride is getting dressed, and depart after the send-off. Please reach out if you feel you need someone on site before, or after this time.

Confirm the day/time for Rehearsal.

Please list the personal items that we will be responsible to set out and then collect at the end of the night. We will use this as a checklist to make sure all items are accounted for.

Who will be responsible to take home the personal items? This includes any food or cake leftovers.

Who will have the rings on wedding day? The photographer will want to take photos of these upon arrival.

Are you saving the top layer to your cake? If so, did you request a box form the cake vendor, or will you be providing a container to pack it in?

What would you and your finance like to drink during dinner? We will have this at your table for you. If you would like a drink from the bar right after the ceremony, please also include this.

Are there any final Vendor Payments or Vendor Gratuities that we will distribute on wedding day?

If so, please put these in individually sealed envelopes with the vendors name on the front.
